"- 02 4 RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO GLEN KIVELY d/b/a INTERLOCKEN SYSTEMS WHEREAS, Glen Kively, doing business as Interlocken Systems, ("applicant") has applied for a conditional use permit to operate a medication, packaging and shipping business at 62 Hamel Road; and WHEREAS, a conditional use permit is required by the Medina Zoning Ordinance for operation of such business; and WHEREAS, the operation of said business will not impede the normal and orderly development of the property in the area; and WHEREAS, the City has reviewed and approved site plans submitted by Glen Kively d/b/a Interlocken Systems, and found said plans to be in conformance with all applicable ordinances; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Medina, that a conditional use permit be granted to Glen Kively d/b/a Interlocken Sytems to operate a medication, packaging and shipping business at 62 Hamel Road on property legally described as Auditors Subdivision, Number 241, Lot 42, upon the following conditions; 1. Glen Kively d/b/a Interlocken Systems will operate said business in conformance with all applicable City ordinances. 2. The applicant shall reimburse the City for all engineering, legal and administrative costs.
