RESOLUTION GRANTING ELLSWORTH ROY SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, ELLSWORTH ROY ("applicant") has requested approval
of his subdivision application for property at the intersection
of Chippewa Road and Mohawk Drive in the City of Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Medina that Ellsworth Roy Subdivision application to divide
the following described property;
The SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 3-118-23.
is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The subdivision shall conform in all respects to
plans submitted to the City of Medina.
2. The owners of the property will grant to the City a
30 foot easement along the southerly and easterly
property lines of the above described property for
road and utility purposes on Chippewa Road and Mohawk
Drive.
3. The subdivider agrees that no driveway will be constructed
within 200 feet of the intersection of Chippewa Road
and Mohawk Drive.
