'VHEREAS, a vacancy presently exists on the Carteret Redevelopment Agency of
the Borough of Carteret;
NOW, THEREFOHE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that
DENNIS CHEREPSIG
TERM EXPIRES

is hereby appointed to the Redevelopment Agency of the Borough of Carteret for
the tenn prescribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that tllls Resolution shall take effect
immediately.
