HomeMy Public PortalAbout1984-029Member resolution and moved its adoption: R/e /a/Q ry) & ri introduced the following CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. ff`r - ,2 7 RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO LARRY GROTH WHEREAS, LARRY GROTH, has applied for a conditional use permit for construction of a storage garage/office at 775 Tower Drive in the City of Medina; and WHEREAS, a conditional use permit is required by the Medina Zoning Ordinance for the construction of said building; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission on April 10, 1984, and the Planning Commission recommended approval of the conditional use permit subject to several conditions. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Medina that a conditional use permit is hereby granted to Larry Groth for construction of a storage garage/office on Lot 3, Block 1, Medina Industrial Addition upon the following terms and conditions: 1. Larry Groth will enter into the Development Contract attached hereto, said Development Contract to govern the terms and conditions of the construction. Landscape plans for the building shall be submitted to and approved by the City of Medina. 3. No outside storage will be permitted at the site. 4. The handicapped parking space shall be located on the west side of the building. 5. The construction of said building be in accordance with plans submitted to the City of Medina. 6. A bond, in the amount ofr/le. Dated: ©D dollars, shall be forwarded to the City to guarantee construction of said storage garage/office.
