RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RASKOB COMBINATION
WHEREAS, Robert and Joseph Raskob ("applicants") have applied
to the Medina City Council for a combination of Tract D and E,
Registered Land Survey 239; and
WHEREAS, the proposed parcels contain suitable soil for a
conventional septic system; and
WHEREAS, the described property has not been previously the
subject of a combination under the platting code; and
WHEREAS, the proposed combination will not create a need for
additional streets; and
WHEREAS, a survey of the property, a sketch of the proposed
combination, and a precise legal description have been filed as
part of this application; and
WHEREAS, the applicants appeared at public hearings before
the Medina Planning Commission on February 14, 1984, and before
the Medina City Council on March 27, 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Medina that Tract D and E, Registered Land Survey 239 are
hereby combined for zoning and taxing purposes subject to the
following conditions:
1. The applicants shall comply with all provisions of the
Medina Zoning Ordinance.
2. Only one residential dwelling may be constructed on the
combined lots.
3. A conventional septic system may be constructed on
Tract D, Registered Land Survey 239 in accordance with
plans submitted to the City.
4. Tract C, Registered Land Survey 239 shall not be built
upon until municipal sewer facilities are available for
that lot. A copy of this resolution shall be filed with
the County Recorder/Registrar of Titles for Tract C,
Registered Land Survey 239. The applicants agree to
cooperate with the City in the filing of said resolution
or other necessary documents for Tract C, Registered Land
Survey 239.
