A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS
DESIGNEE TO APPROPRIATE AND TRANSFER $164,654 00 OF
UNAPPROPRIATED AB2928 FUNDS AND ALL FUTURE AB 2928
ALLOCATIONS TO PROJECT ACCOUNT NO OS-5249
WHEREAS, AB2928, established the Traffic Congestion Relief Fund, and
WHEREAS, the city received a lump sum allocation of $494,156.00 on October
13, 2000 and (3) quarterly allocations $164,654 88 for FY 2001-2002; and
years; and
WHEREAS, the city will receive quarterly allocation of AB2928 funds for five
WHEREAS, funds must be spent before June 30 of the following fiscal year when
the funds are received.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows•
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to make the
following fund appropriation and transfer:

Section 2. All future AB2928 allocations shall be automatically appropriated and
transferred to project account OS-5249
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
