A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT PARSONS
ENGINEERING SCIENCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $163,800.00
FOR THE PREPARTION OF THE CITY WATER SYSTEM
MASTER PLAN /WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM GIS MAP,
PROJECT NUMBER 05-5224 AND PROJECT NO. 05-5233
FISCAL YEAR 2001-2002, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR

F WHEREAS, Water System Master Plan Project No, 05-5224 is listed in
"~~~--' the FY 2001-2002, budget

WHEREAS, Water Distribution System GIS Map Project No 05-5233 is
listed in the FY 2001-2002, budget; and
WHEREAS, PARSONS Engineering Science was selected to prepare the
Water System Master Plan and Water Distribution System GIS Map; and
WHEREAS, a contract price of $163,800 00, was negotiated with
PARSONS Engineering Science to prepare the City's Water System Master Plan and
Water Distribution GIS Map
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows.
Section 1. That a contract for preparation of the City's Water System
Master Plan and Water Distribution GIS Map project no 05-5223 and project no 05-
5233 be awarded to PARSONS Engineering Science for the negotiated price of
$163,800 00.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement
between 'the City of Lynwood and PARSONS Engineering. Science
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption
