RESOLUTION P1/ -33
Member 4/Chly-x6t.ft, offered the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Medina has received from
the County of Hennepin, a list of lands in said municipality which
became the property of the State of Minnesota, for non-payment of
real estate taxes, which said list has been designated as Class-
ification List, and
WHEREAS, each parcel of land described in said list has been
classified as non -conservation land, now
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Medina City Council, acting pur-
suant to Minnesota Statute 282, that the said classification of
each parcel of land described in said list as non -conservation land
be and the same is hereby approved, and that the sale of each such
parcel of land be and the same is hereby approved.
The question was on the adoption of the Resolution and the roll
being called, there were Yeas and O Nays, as follows:
