CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 2021-19
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM HAMEL WOMEN'S AUXILIARY
WHEREAS, Hamel Women's Auxiliary has generously offered to donate a check in the
amount of $2,050 (the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to Parks and Recreation for procurement of a
handicap accessible picnic table; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to Hamel
Women' s Auxiliary for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks Hamel Women's Auxiliary.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Albers and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Albers, Cavanaugh, DesLauriers, Martin, Reid
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
