CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. J ��
THIES SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Albin Thies has requested approval of his
subdivision application for property on Homestead Trail; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision would divide a 13.86
acre lot into lots of 5.82 acres and 8.04 acres, respectively.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Medina that the Albin Thies subdivision, the
legal description of which is attached as Exhibit One, is
hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
(1) The subdivider shall conform in all respects to
the Medina Zoning Code and subdivision regulations.
(2) The subdivider will pay a park dedication fee of
$ •
(3) The owners of the property will grant to the City
a 66 foot easement along the westerly property
line for road and utility purposes on Homestead
Trail.
(4) No barn may be constructed on the southern lot,
described as Lot 2 on plans submitted to the City.
(5) The subdivision shall conform in all respects to
plans submitted to the City of Medina.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Medina that the violation of any of the foregoing conditions
is declared to be a violation of the Medina Zoning Ordinance
in accordance with Section 801.1 of the Zoning Ordinance.
