CALL TO ORDER
The March 16, 2009, "Pre- Meeting" Work Session was convened at 5:45 P.M. by Mayor
John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened:
Present: Carroll, Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton, Medin, Penfold, and
Scrivner
Absent: Randolph
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Bill 2008 -148 (funding for Locust Street Improvements - Lincoln University):
Councilman Kenneth Ferguson announced he will recuse himself from discussion and
voting on this issue due to conflict of interest.
2008 -125 (property condemnation): City Counselor Nathan Nickolaus requested that the
sponsor of this bill leave it on the Informal Calendar to allow finalizing the negotiations.
The meeting adjourned at 5:58 P.M.
