PROPERTY TAX CANCELLATION
vlliEREAS, Block 120, Lot 1.02, for property located at 17-A
jeannette Street, assessed to Butter, Baldev _So was
erroneously assessed in 2006 for an improvement in the amount
of $141,200 that did not exist, and
;
WHEREAS, the tax assessor has recommended that this
assessment be rern~ved from the Borough's 2006 tax records,
and
WHEREAS, the Tax Collector has calculated the amount of taxes
to be cancelled for ~he 2006 tax year is $6,523.44.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, New Jersey, that the Tax
Collector cancel the 2006 taxes in the amount of $6,523.44.
Adopted this 12~h day of July I 2007
