ATTENDANCE The following Council Members were present at the time the meeting convened: Present: Carroll, Ferguson (* *arrived at 5:56 P.M.), Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton, Medin, Penfold, Randolph ( *arrived at 5:50 P.M.), and Scrivner Absent: None A quorum was present. DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS Council Liaison Reports: Mayor John Landwehr asked Councilman Rich Koon to make a report in the following meeting about the progress of the Ad Hoc Millbottom Committee and the development agreement which is on tonight's agenda. *Councilwoman Anita Randolph arrived at this point in the meeting RS2008 -43: Staff was asked to be prepared to explain in the following meeting how that the contract renewed by RS2008 -43 would work with the proposed Allied Waste contract. * *Councilman Kenneth Ferguson arrived at this point in the meeting. The meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
