CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. gW-17/3
RESOLUTION GRANTING THE SUBDIVISION APPLICATION OF
ARTHUR AND CHRISTINE HUAR
WHEREAS, Arthur and Christine Huar have requested
approval of their subdivision application; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision would create two lots, each
being 12,540 square feet in size;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Medina that the Arthur and Christine Huar
subdivision application to divide the following described
property:

is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
(1) The subdivider shall conform in all respects to
the Medina Zoning Code and subdivision regulations.

(2) The subdivider shall pay a park dedication fee of $‘D�. .
(3) The subdivider shall pay to the City of Medina sewer and
water connection charges in the sum of $3Gi1. s3.
(4) The property shall not be used for any commercial or
industrial enterprise.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
