RESOLUTION NO. P— `T 7
RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO
DAVID LEE
WHEREAS, David Lee has applied for a conditional use permit
to operate the Colonial Drive -In on Highway 55 in the City of
Medina; and
WHEREAS, a conditional use permit is required by the Medina
Zoning Ordinance for the operation of said drive-in theater; and
WHEREAS, operation of the drive-in theater will not impede
the normal and orderly development of the property in the area;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed and aproved plans
submitted by David Lee, including plans for staffing and repair
work at the facility and found said plans to be in conformance
with all applicable ordinances:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, that a conditional use permit be granted to David
Lee to operate the Colonial Drive -In on Highway 55 during the 1984
season upon the following terms and conditions:
(1) The operation shall conform in all respects to the
Medina Zoning Ordinance.
(2) The fencing located around the property shall be repaired
to the satisfaction of the City.
(3) The theater shall be operated in accordance with the
directions of the Hennepin County Food Service Inspector.
(4) The trees and brush discussed at the City Council meeting
of June 5, 1984, shall be removed to the satisfaction of
the City.
(5) The drive-in shall be staffed in accordance with the
directions of the City Council at its meeting of
June 5, 1984.
(6) The operation shall be operated on real estate legally
described as: see legal attached.
