HomeMy Public PortalAbout1984-048Member/IV tm Pe./.56,./ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. S -54 RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ADAMS PEST CONTROL, INC. WHEREAS, Adams Pest Control, Inc. ("Applicant") has applied for a conditional use permit to operate a business known as Adams Pest Control, Inc. at 872 Highway 55 in the City of Medina; and WHEREAS, the operation of said business will not impede the normal and orderly development of the property in the area; and WHEREAS, a conditional use permit is required by the Medina Zoning Ordinance for the operation of said business. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina that a conditional use permit be granted to Adams Pest Control, Inc. to operate a pesticide storage facility at 872 Highway 55, on real estate legally described as: See Legal Attached upon the following terms and conditions: 1. That said operation shall conform in all respects to the Medina Zoning Ordinance. 2. That parking shall be provided at the business for thirteen parking spaces as located in accordance with plans submittedto the City of Medina. Said operation shall conform in all other respects with plans submitted to the City of Medina and with the minutes of the meeting of the City Council of the City of Medina at which the application for subdivision was considered. 3. That security fencing shall be located around the property at locations approved by the City Engineer. 4, That the Applicant shall enter into the Development Contract attached hereto, said Development Contract to govern the terms and conditions of any construction ordered by the City Fire Inspector. 5. That Applicant meet with and follow the safety recommendations of the Medina Fire Inspector and Building Inspector.
