RESOLUTION RESCHEDULING THE HEARING ON
THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT OF HUNTER DRIVE SOUTH
WHEREAS, a public hearing was scheduled for August 7, 1984,
to assess the costs of the improvement of Hunter Drive South be-
tween the centerline of County Road 24 and the south corporate
limits of the City of Medina, said improvement consisting of
grading, base and asphalt surfacing of the said street; and
WHEREAS, due to a scheduling problem, the public hearing
requirements could not be met on August 7th.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 15th day of August, 1984, in
the City Hall at 2052 County Road 24, at 7:30 p.m. to pass
upon the proposed assessment and at such time and place all
persons owning property affected by such improvement will
be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to the
said assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the
hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in
the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hear-
ing, and the Clerk shall state in the notice the total cost
of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed no-
tice to be given to the owners of each parcel described in
the assessment rule not less than two weeks prior to the
hearing.
