introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. y.4_4 %
TWIN CITY MONORAIL PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL
WHEREAS, Twin City Monorail has requested approval of
its subdivision application for property at 3835 County Road
116 in the City of Medina; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision would create two lots, each ten or
more acres; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Medina that the Twin City Monorail subdivision
application to divide the following described property:

is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
lr The owners of the property described above will grant
to the City a 60-foot easement for road and utility
purposes as shown in the plans submitted to the City.
Upon_ construction of said road, the applicant agrees
that the facility will be served by said road and not
by County Road 116.
2. The owners of the property will grant to the City
a drainage easement for wet land drainage at locations
approved by the City Engineer.
3. The applicant shall enter into the Development Contract
attached hereto, said Development Contract to govern the
terms and conditions of any construction.
4. The applicant's plans are subject to the approval of the
Elm Creek Watershed Commission_.
5. The project shall conform in all respects to the ordinances
and regulations of the City of Medina, the statute of the
State of Minnesota, and shall be submitted to and approved
by the Metropolitan Council.

Commencing at the Southeast Corner of NE4 of NE4 of Section
11, thence North along the EAst line of said NE4 of NE4 a
distance of 70.00 feet,to point of beginning of land to be
described; thence WEsterly parallel with the South line
of said NE4 of NE4 a distance of 33.00 feet; thence North-
westerly a distance of 336.50 feet to a point 115.00 feet
North of the South line of said NE4 of NE4; thence North-
westerly a distance of 594.65 feet along a lire which if
extended would intersect the west line of said NE4 of NE4
at a point distant 503.00 feet North of the Southwest
Corner of said NE4 of NE4; thence Southerly parallel with
the East line of said NE4 to the Northeasterly right-of-way
line of State Highway # 55; thence Northwesterly along said
Northeasterly right-of-way line a distance of 296.10 feet;
thence Northerly deflecting to the right 76 degrees, 21
minutes, 45 seconds a distance of 872.26 feet; thence
Easterly to a point on East line of said NE4 of NE4 distant
417.54 feet South of the Northeast Corner of said NE4;
thence Southerly along said East line of NE4 of NE4 to the
point of beginning.
