Notice of Public Hearing on
Barnstable County Proposed Ordinances No . 1742
On October 4 , 2017, at 4 : 15 p . m . , the Assembly of Delegates will hold a public hearing on
Proposed County Ordinance 1742 : To amend ( Section 11 ) Chapter G, Growth Incentive Zone
Regulations of the Code of Cape Cod Commission Regulations of General Application .
The public hearing will be held in the Chamber of the Assembly of Delegates , First
District Courthouse , Route 6A, Barnstable, MA .
Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so . Written comments may also
be submitted at the hearing, faxed to the Assembly office ( 508 ) 362 - 6530 , e-mailed to the office
(aofd@barnstablecounty. org) , or delivered or mailed for receipt by Noon on or before the date of
the hearing to the office of the Assembly of Delegates, First District Courthouse, Route 6A,
Barnstable, MA 02630 .
The full text of Proposed Ordinance 1742 has been distributed to the Town Clerk of each
town in Barnstable County and is also available from the office of the Assembly of Delegates ,
First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA . , and on line at
