CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. /4- -soZ
DALE JOHNSON SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Dale Johnson has requested approval of his
subdivision application; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision would create two lots, each of
ten acres or more.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina that the Dale Johnson subdivision, the legal
description of which is attached as Exhibit 1, is hereby approved
subject to the following conditions:
The subdivision shall conform in all respects to the
Medina Zoning Code and the Medina Subdivision Regulations.
2. Dale Johnson shall provide the City of Medina with a
30-foot easement for road and utility purposes along
the street south of the subdivision.
