RESOLUTION CONFIRMING RE -APPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF
ASSESSORS.
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the
Watertown Home Rule Charter, the Town Council of the City
known as the Town of Watertown hereby confirms the re-
appointment of Mr. Richard V. Moynihan to the Board of Assessors
for a three year term to expire on May 15, 2013.

I hereby certify that at a regular meeting of the Town Council for
which a quorum was present, the above appointment was adopted
by voice vote on June 22, 2010.
