NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the zoning designation for the above described property is changed to an Outdoor Commercial (OC) District. A pre -application meeting is required with the City of Richmond Planning staff per the procedures outlined in Article 9 of the Unified Development Ordinance. 2. An application for a Rezoning shall be made on a form provided by the Zoning Administrator. 3. An Application for a Rezoning shall be accompanied by the following supporting information: a. A list of names and mailing addresses of all known adjacent property owners. b. Site Plan 4. An application for a Rezoning shall be filed at least twenty-eight (28) days prior to the public meeting at which it is fist to be considered by the Plan Commission. 5. Applicable fees shall be paid at the time the Application for a Rezoning is filed. 6. City of Richmond Planning Staff may place a sign on the parcel notifying the public of a scheduled hearing. 7.
