RESOLUTION GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO
TERRY JOHNSON
WHEREAS, Terry Johnson ("applicant") has applied for a
conditional use permit to convert a building at 1550 Hamel Road
into an office - warehouse; and
WHEREAS, the operation of said business will not impede the
normal and orderly development of the property in the area; and
WHEREAS, a conditional use permit is required by the Medina
Zoning Ordinance for the operation of said office - warehouse.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MEDINA, that a conditional use permit be granted to Terry
Johnson to operate a office - warehouse facility at 1550 Hamel
Road, on real estate legally described as:

upon the following terms and conditions:
1. That said operation shall conform in all respects to the
Medina Zoning Ordinance.
2. That the applicant enter into the Development Contract
attached hereto, said Development Contract to aovern the
terms and conditions of any construction.
3. That the septic system on the property be inspected and
approved by the City Engineer prior to operation of the
warehouse - office. If_ such septic system is in need
of improvement, the system shall be located to the west
of the facility.
4. Work hours at the operation shall be from 6:00 a.m. to
11:00 p.m., six days per week.
5. One apartment unit will be permitted in the facility to
be used by a business employee.
6. Insulation shall be provided inthe building according to
specifications submitted to the City of Medina. Noise shall
not be permitted to be heard outside of the building.
7. The metal shed on the property shall be rebuilt according to
specifications approved by the City of Medina.
8. Outside lighting at the facility shallbe provided only
at the rear of the building.
9. Parking shall be located in accordance with plans
submitted to the City of Medina. Parking and blacktopping
of the parking lot shall meet the requirements of all
city ordinances. The blacktopping of the parking lot
shall be completed by May 1, 1985.
10. Landscaping of the facility shall be in accordance with
plans approved by the City of Medina.
11. The City shall permit in connection with applicant's
operation the use of Arrowhead Drive one day per week
for a vehicle in excess of four tons.
12. The applicant shall grant to the City of Medina a 30-foot
easement for road and utility purposes on Hame] Road
and Arrowhead Drive.
13. Operation of the office warehouse shall conform in all
other respects with plans submitted to the City of
Medina and with the minutes of the meeting of the City
Council of the City of Medina in which the application
for the conditional use permit was considered.
