HomeMy Public PortalAbout1984-056Member 14e�Qe-rr���' its adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 84-56 RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT, ORDERING THE IMPROVEMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLLING GREEN STORM SEWER PROJECT AND HUNTER DRIVE NORTH STREET IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 84-34 the City Council fixed a date for a public hearing on the proposed Rolling Green Storm Sewer Pro- ject and the Hunter Drive North Street Improvement; and WHEREAS, ten (10) days published notice of the hearing and two (2) weekly publications of the required notice were given and the hearing was held on the 26th day of June, 1984, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and WHEREAS, the issues were tabled until July 17, 1984, to pro- vide an opportunity for the City Engineer to provide further infor- mation; and WHEREAS, the additional information was presented by the City Engineer and a further discussion of this information ensued; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA: 1. The scope of the storm sewer project is reduced in accordance with proposal no. 3 of the City Engineer and the storm sewer project as amended, and the street improvement as originally proposed are hereby ordered. 2. Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. is hereby des- ignated as the engineer for this improvement and is hereby authorized and directed to prepare plans and specifications for the making of the said improvement.
