WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moab
held a Special Council Meeting on June 29,1982 for the purpose
of amending the 1981/1982 fiscal budget; and
WHEREAS, upon explanation of the proposed amended budget
revised to show adjustments within some departments but to show
no change in the overall amount of the budget, the Moab City
Council adopted the proposed amended budget as follows:
Increase
Decrease
Community and Economic Contribution to
Development $13,500.00 Bond
Redemption $13,500.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the
meeting held June 29, 1982, be, and the same are, hereby ordered
to show the adoption of the amended budget for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1982 as presented to the Mayor and City Council.
