DIRECtING THE ISSUANCE OF A RAFFLE LICENSE TO
FATHER CAREY COUNCIL 1280 I<J'IIGHTS OF COLUMBUS
AND MAYORDANIELJ. REIMANS CHILDRENS CHARITY TRUST
FUND
'VHEREAS, application has been properly made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret by Fatber Carey Council 1280 Knigbts of Columbus
and :Mayor Daniel J. Reimalls ChiIdrens Charity Trust Fund.; and
\VHEREAS, it appears that the applicants are qualified to be licensed and the
members designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members
of the applicant; and
\VHEREAS, the applicants' have signified that the games will be played in
accordance with'Rules 6, 7 and 8 of the Legalized Games of Chance Control
Commission's Regulations; and .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to execute the endorsement of the Mayor-and Council by
issuing proper presentation of application and fees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the
applicants;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P.O. Box
46000, Newark, New Jersey 07101.
CERTIFICATION
I hereby cel1ify that this Resolution is a true copy of the original
adopted by tbe Mayor and Couucil ofthe Borough of CaIieret, County of
Middlesex State of New Jersey, at the Council Meeting held on
July 26. 2007
