RESOLUTION NO. o `/- 6 02-
JAMES SCHERER SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, James Scherer ("subdivider") has requested of
his subdivision application; and
WHEREAS, the subdivision would create two lots of 6.63
acres and 5.0 acres, respectively;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of Medina that. the James Scherer subdivision application
to divide the following described property:

is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
(1) The subdivider shall conform in all respects
to plans submitted to the City of Medina and to
the Medina Zoning Code and Medina Subdivision
Regulations.
(2) The subdivider will pay a park dedication fee of
It 245. ea dollars.
(3) The subdivider shall enter into a Private Road
Agreement as approved by the City Attorney.
