APPOINTING A BOROUGH PROSECUTOR
'VHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough prosecutor in the Borough of Carteret;
and
"'HEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Counci! afthe Borough of Carteret that
KENNETH LEBRATO
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Prosecutor, for the teml to
expire on December 31, 2009,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the appropriate Borough Officials are
hereby authorized to enter into an employment contract with Mr. Lebrato for the
same.
