Prooerty Tax Cancellation
.WHEREAS, The following property listed below applied for tax-exempt status under the
provisions for a total disabled veteran status in accordance with NJ.S.A. 54:4-3.30 et
seq., and
WHEREAS, The Tax Assessor reviewed and approved the application for the 2006 tax
year, and
WHEREAS, The Tax Collector is recommending that taxes be canceled accordingly.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council ofthe Borough of
Carferet, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, that the Tax Collector cancel taxes
