Carter, Jr., and Margaret D. Carter, and Rolf W. Turnquist and Elizabeth G. Turnquist ("subdividers") have requested approval of their subdivision application; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina that the Carter/Turnquist Subdivision, the legal description of which is attached as Exhibit 1, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The subidivision shall conform in all respects to the Medina Zoning Code and the Medina Subdivision Regulations. 2. The subdivider shall enter into a private road agreement as approved by the City Attorney.
