Board of Selectmen
November 8, 2012
A meeting of the Hopkinton Board of Selectmen was held on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at Town Hall,
18 Main Street, Hopkinton, Massachusetts. Selectmen present: Ben Palleiko, Todd Cestari, Brian Herr,
John Mosher. Not present: Michelle Gates. Officials present: Town Manager Norman Khumalo and
Operations Assistant Jamie Hellen.
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Palleiko called the public meeting to order at 6:00PM in Room 215 and
entertained public comment. Ken Weismantel spoke briefly about other options to fund the repair of the
Elmwood School roof.
Chairman Palleiko entertained a motion to consider approving the November 26th Special Town
Meeting warrant and the December 3rd Special Town Election warrant. So MOVED by Mr. Herr and
SECONDED by Mr. Cestari. ROLL CALL: Mr. Palleiko - Yes, Mr. Cestari-Yes, Mr. Herr-Yes, Mr.
Mosher-Yes. VOTE to Approve: Yes-4, No-0.
ADJOURN: MOTION by Mr. Herr to adjourn, SECONDED by Mr. Cestari. VOTE to
Approve: Unanimous. Meeting adjourned at 6:15PM.
