RESOLUTION 24-2020
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING SIX (6) PEOPLE TO SERVE AS A MEMBERS OF
TIC SOUTHEASTERN UTAH REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN
STAKEHOLDERS GROUP.
Be it Resolved and Ordained by the City Council for the City of Moab, Utah as follows:
SECTION ONE: PURPOSE. This Resolution is for the purpose ofappointing six (6)
members of the Southeastern Utah Regional Transportation Plan Stakeholders Group as
requested by the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) as the prepare a long range
plan for regional transportation.
SECTION TWO: APPOINTMENT OF SIX (6) MEMBERS TO THE
SOUTHEASTERN UTAH REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION PLAN STAKEHOLDERS
GROUP. The City of Moab City Council hereby reappoints Emily Niehaus, Kalen Jones, Joe
Kingsley, Nora Shepard, Joette Langianese, and Mark Jolissaint as members of the Committee
for the Southeastern Utah Regional Transportation Plan Stakeholders Group, to serve
throughout the Groups duration as outlined by UDOT.
SECTION THREE: EFFECTIVE DATE. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage and completion of all legal requirements.
ADOPTED AND PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOAB,
THIS 20th DAYOF APRIL 2020.
