The Council of Bal Harbour Village met Tuesday, February 14, 1978 at
9:30 A.M. in the Village Hall.
Present: Messrs. Davis, Krez and Printup
Absent: Messrs. Beatty and Taplin
Also present were Fred W. Maley, Village; Mary T. Wetterer, Village
Clerk; and Alan Gold, Village Attorney.
Mr. Maley read the Agreement presented by the State of Florida in which
they will pay 75% of the cost of the beach landscaping based on the low bid
received during their fiscal year beginning July 1, 1978. On motion of Mr.
Davis, seconded by Mr. Krez and voted the Mayor and Village Clerk were autho-
rized to sign the Agreement.
RESOLUTION NO. 255
requesting the State of Florida to include Bal Harbour Village in the 701
Planning Grant application to the U.S. Department of Housing Urban Development
was read by the Village Clerk. On Motion of Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Krez
and voted the Resolution was adopted.
On motion of Mr. Krez, seconded by Mr. Davis, and voted the meeting was
adjourned at 9:i5 A.M.
