introduced the following Resolution and
RESOLUTION NO. v rk /
RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER
CHARGES TO THE HENNEPIN COUNTY AUDITOR FOR COLLECTION.
WHEREAS, the records of the Utility Funds of the City of Medina
list certain accounts as delinquent; and
WHEREAS, the consumers have been previously notified of the
delinquency according to legal requirements; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute 444.075 (3) and Section 10:27:11
of Ordinance No. 157 of the City of Medina authorized certification
of such delinquent accounts to the Hennepin Co. Auditor for
collection:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council of the City of
Medina, to direct the Director of Finance of the County of Henne-
pin to place upon the tax rolls for 1984 and payable in 1985, the
delinquent accounts which are listed in Exhibit A attached hereto,
consisting of delinquent Utility Bills with interest at /d9 /D .
The motion for the ado tion of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by member--2atez.v- and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
