CITY OF MEDINA
PUBLIC NOTICE
The city council of the City. of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 672, an ordinance establish-
ing the Ditterswind Storm Sewer
Improvement Tax District. The
tax district applies to the property
within the Ditterswind residential
development and would allow the
City to acquire, construct, recon-
struct, extend, maintain and other-
wise improve storm sewer systems
and related facilities related to the
District and to levy a tax on all tax-
able property within the District to
finance such activities.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
