CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SUBDIVISION OF ROBERT SCOTT
WHEREAS, Robert Scott has requested the division of property
located at 2832 Hamel Road, the legal description of which is set
forth on Exhibit "A" attached;
WHEREAS, the division will create Parcel A existing of 20.22
acres which is legally described on Exhibit "B" which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference, leaving a remainder
parcel, Parcel B, consisting of 69.53 acres and legally described
on Exhibit "C" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. The application of Robert Scott for division of the above -
described property is hereby approved subject to the follow-
ing conditions:
a. That the subdivision shall conform in every respect to
the City of Medina Zoning Code and the City of Medina
Subdivision Regulations;
b. That the subdivision shall conform in all respects to
the plans submitted to the Planning Commission and the
City Council of the City of Medina;
c. That it be recognized that a future road access must be
provided to Parcel B, either by easement, by combina-
tion with other land, or other suitable means.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by member _5c T: r c e-4- and upon vote being taken thereof, the

and the following voted against same: Norcty
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
