A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS
DESIGNEE TO TRANSFER $600,000 OF COUNTY HIGHWAY
THROUGH CITIES FUND TO THE IMPERIAL HIGHWAY
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO OS-5212
WHEREAS,•the Imperial•Hrghway Improvement Project is scheduled for
completion during Fiscal Year 2001-2002, and
WHEREAS, the project construction has started, and
WHEREAS, the City received $600,000 00 of the County Highways Through
Cities Fund from the County of Los Angeles; and
WHEREAS, these funds are needed for the completion of said project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the Crty of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows•
Section 1 That the City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to make the
following fund appropriation and transfer:

Section 2 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
