APPROVING SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT PROPERTIES FOR 2007
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has previously established a Special Improvement
District pursuant to Ordinance No. 03-47; and
WHEREAS, the Borough needs to amend and npdate the properties constituting said
District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
ofCarteret as follows:
1. That the listing of real properties maintairied in the office of the Director
of the SID Business Partnership, the same being hereby adopted by
reference, shall constitute the SID District for the 2007 SID Assessment
Year.
2. That the foresaid listing of properties shall continue to constitute the SID
District until further amendment or modification thereof.
Adopted this 26'h day of July, 2007
and certified as a true copy ofthe
original on July 27,2007.
