1 . Discussion and votes to approve draft language for CPC Town Meeting articles 4 and 9 .
2 . Discussion and possible vote on the $ 195 , 000 open space/recreation funding request for
the acquisition of 375 Paines Creek Road and discussion and possible vote of the draft
language for Town Meeting article 8 .
3 . Discussion of outreach and agenda for CPC annual public hearing on November 8 , 2017
on community preservation needs and possibilities for funding in the areas of community
housing , historic preservation , open space , and recreation .
4 . Acceptance of Cape Rep ' s final report on the Crosby Barn project .
5 . Votes to approve minutes of the July 26 , 2017 and September 13 , 2017 meetings , r
