A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD SETTING LICENSE FEES FOR
FIREWORKS STANDS AND SIMILAR BUSINESSES AND SETTING FEES
FOR THE POSSESSION AND DISCHARGE OF ILLEGAL FIREWORKS
The City Council of the City of Lynwood does resolve as follows:
Section 1:
The City hereby establishes a 1>cense fee for a temporary fireworks stand m the sum of five
hundred dollars ($500.00), which shall be .paid by the fireworks d>stnbutor with which it has
contracted.
Section -2:
The City hereby establishes a fire clearance fee and a before and after refundable cleaning fee
m the combined sum of six hundred two dollars ($602.00).
Section 3•
The foregoing fees supersede any and all previously established fees for any of the foregoing
applicable activities.
Section 4:
No exceptions shall be granted from the payment of license fees.
Section 'S
The City hereby establishes a fine for the possess>.on of illegal fireworks an the City of
Lynwood in the amount of two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per occurrence.
Sect>on 6
The Crty hereby establishes a fine for the discharge of illegal fireworks m the City of
Lynwood >n the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per occurrence
Sect;!on 7.
The City hereby establishes a fine for the sale of illegal fireworks in the City of Lynwood m
the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per occurrence.
