A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE
GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF
LOS ANGELES
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles has been providing various services to
the City of Lynwood through the General Services Agreement (GSA); .and
WHEREAS, said services include traffic signal maintenance, animal control,
vector control, etc; and
WHEREAS, the existing GSA was for a period of five year and will expire on
June 30, 2002; and,
WHEREAS, rt is necessary for the City to continue receiving said services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as follows
Section . 1. That the Mayor is authorized •to execute the General Services
Agreement~with the County of Los Angeles.
` Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
