A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN
INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF WINTER PARK FOR
TRANSIT SERVICES
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into the attached Intergovernmental Agreement
with the Town of W inter Park for transit services.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
THIS 20th DAY OF SEPTEMBER 2017.
