CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. 2021-21
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DONATION FROM 21sT CENTURY BANK
WHEREAS, 21" Century Bank has generously offered to donate a check in the amount of
$300 (the "Donation") to the city of Medina (the "City"); and
WHEREAS, the Donation will be dedicated to the City's Annual Bike Safety Rodeo; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to accept the Donation and express its gratitude to 21'
Century Bank for their generosity.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the city of Medina,
Minnesota, that the City accepts the Donation and thanks 21" Century Bank.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member Reid and
upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Albers, Cavanaugh, DesLauriers, Martin, Reid
And the following voted against same:
None
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
