RESOLUTION NO. 84-78
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID ON THE COMBINED ROLLING
GREEN STORM SEWER PROJECT AND HUNTER DRIVE NORTH
STREET IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the above -
captioned combined project, bids were received, opened and tabulated
according to the law and the following bids were received complying
with the advertisement:
0 and P Construction
Forest Lake Contracting
G and L Contracting
Alexander Construction
Burschville Construction
B & D Contracting
Ovedahl Construction

WHEREAS, it appears that 0 and P Construction is the lowest
responsible bidder,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor pro tem and the City Clerk/Treasurer are hereby auth-
orized and directed to enter into a contract with 0 and P Con-
struction in the name of the City of Medina for the improvement
above captioned, according to the plans and specifications
therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office
of the City Clerk for the bid amount above set forth.
2. The City Clerk/Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to
immediately return to all bidders the deposits made with their
bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and
the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has
been signed by all parties.
