A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL -OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE CITYWIDE CROSSWALKS UPGRADE PROJECT,
PROJECT N,O. 5-5245, AS BEING COMPLETE ,
WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract to California Traffic
Maintenance, for the Citywide Crosswalks Upgrade Project, Project No 05-5245,
and ~ ,
WHEREAS, the project started on March 25, 2002, .and was
completed on June 11, 2002; and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $95,,901 82, and
WHEREAS, staff.`conducted the final inspection on June 20, 2002
and found that` all work has been completed satisfactorily in accordance with the
.project plans and `specifications
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows .
Section 1 ~ That the City Council accept the Citywide Crosswalks
Upgrade. Project, Project No 05-5245, as being, complete and in accordance with
contract documents
Section 2 This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption. '
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2Np day of
