CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. X 4 - 7 g A
RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS TO
WILLOW DRIVE NORTH OF T.H.55
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Willow Drive between
T.H.55 and a point 1300 feet north thereof by upgrading the road
to a nine ton capacity and to assess the benefited property for
all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to
Minn. Stat. Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina, Minnesota:
That the proposed improvement be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. for study and that they be
instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed
advising the council in a preliminary way as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best
be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement,
and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended.
