a condition requiring the contractor to carry Workmen's Compensation In-
surance, and the Contractor and his bondsmen to keep 'skid improvement in'

Plant.
Certified chac'rs will be returned to unsuccees£al birders and to success-
ful bid-ers when they have signed contract and given ound as required. .
In case the successful bidder shall fail to enter into contract and give
bons as required, certified chick fil^,d with his proposal may be retained
i by the Torn 'Council at their option as agreed and liquidated damages.
The right is reserved to reject any and an proposals, and proposals will
be actod upon at a meeting to be held by the Town Council at o'clock

fications now oA file in tae office of the Towa Cler_, wh ch are by refer-
ence made a part hereof, and as provided by a Resolutinn of Necessity
passed by the Town Council on the 15th day of Karon, 1920, which is by

The sewerage disposal plant shall
be located on a lat of ground 200
feet west and 400 feet south of the
intersection of McAdoo Ave. and Mon-
roe Street and shall consist of septic
tank, dosing chamber, filter and
sludge beds and connecting pipes to
main sewer.
Main Sewer
The main sewer shall commence on
,the bank of the creek near the dispos-
91 plant, thence northerly to disposal
plant, thence north 500 feet, thence
east to the center line of Monroe
Street to a point that is 100 feet north
of its intersection wih McAdoo Ave..
thence north on Monroe Street to the
center line of 4th street, thence east
on 4th street 100 feet using 12 inch
sewer pipe.
Lateral Sewers
