Town Board Briefing
November 15, 2017
Please note that members of the Town Board will have dinner together starting at
5:30pm.
Please note that the DRAFT Budget Message has been amended per discussion at the
last Town Board meeting (changes are noted in bold) and the budget spreadsheet has
also been revised per Board direction.
Trustee Quinn and I met with Councilor Seemann and Drew Nelson this week and had a
very productive discussion regarding the Transit IGA. We expect to receive revisions
from Winter Park per our discussion, but not in time for inclusion in the first packet
posting. In order to continue to move this process toward resolution, we’ve included this
on your agenda and will forward the revised IGA as soon as possible.
Supplemental materials are included in the packet regarding the other agenda items.
Also, included in your packet for your reference is the Cornerstone Annual Attainable
Housing Audit. We have not completed review of the document, but provide it so the
Board knows it has been submitted and for your review.
