CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. )1/— .
RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A HEARING ON
THE IMPROVEMENT OF HUNTER DRIVE SOUTH
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Hunter Drive, South,
between the centerline of County Road 24 and the south corporate
limits of the City of Medina, said improvement consisting of
the grading base and asphalt surfacing of the said street, and
to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the
cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Chapter 429.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MEDINA, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter
429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of
$220,402.77.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement

chambers of the City Hall at 9:00 p.m, and the City
Clerk/Treasurer shall give mailed and published notice
of such }searing and improvement as required by law.
