Woodland District D Councilor Watertown Town Council Administration Building 149 Main Street Watertown, MA 02472 Phone: 617-972-6470 ORDINANCE# 0 -2013 - WHEREAS: Pursuant to The Charter of the City known as the Town of Watertown, Section 2-8 , subsection C, provides the mechanism to adjust the Town Auditor's annual salary amount as may from time to time be provided for such office by Ordinance; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED: That the Town Council of the City known as the Town of Watertown adjusts the Town Auditor's salary as follows: Effective July 1, 2012, (Fiscal Year 2013), the salary shall be set at $96,540 (2.5% increase) . Be It Further Ordered: That a copy of said Order is forwarded to Town Auditor and Town Treasurer. Council Member I hereby certify that at a regular meeting of the Town Council for which a quorum was present, the above Order was adopted by a roll call vote of for, against and present on July 16, 2013. Woodland District D Councilor Watertown Town Council Administration Building 149 Main Street Watertown, MA 02472 Phone: 617-972-6470 Ordinance # 0 -2013 - WHEREAS, the Charter of the City known as the Town of Watertown, Section 2-8 provides that the Clerk of the Town Council shall receive such salary as may from time to time be provided by the Town Council by Ordinance NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED: That the Town Council of the city known as the Town of Watertown hereby adjusts the Council Clerk's salary as follows: Effective 7/1/12, (fiscal year 2013) the hourly wage shall be set at $26.14 Council Member I hereby certify that at a regular meeting of the Town Council for which a quorum was present, the above Ordinance was adopted by a vote of for, against and present on July 16, 2013.
